Effects of Reduction of Blood Glucose by Stimulation on the Pancreas Reflexion Area in the Sole of the Foot
Shin Kwang-Jun

Abstract
This study has the purpose to check the blood glucose reduction when the pancreas reflection part of the foot is repeatedly stimulated by the protrusions on the insole of knobble shoe. The reference group also showed the clear tendency that the blood glucose is reduced after meal. The blood glucose reduction rate of reference group was diverse from 4 mg/dl to 115 mg/dl. In average, they had the reduction rate of 42.6 mg/dl. In case of test group, the blood glucose reduction rate was from 16 mg/dl and 115 mg/dl, and their average reduction rate was 62.15 mg/dl. When the pancreas part was repeatedly stimulated, they said that they felt fresh. As the life styles of individuals were not the same and the test period was not sufficiently long, the present result suggests that the continuous foot massage can have good influence in reducing the blood glucose.
